Luxury Standard Requirement: To qualify for a replacement for transit damage or missing items, customers must provide a clear, unedited video of opening the parcel from scratch. This ensures transparency and protects both parties.

Parcel Opening Policy 
To maintain the security, seals, and premium packaging of our luxury jewelry, we do not permit open-box deliveries.
Policy: Customers are not allowed to open the parcel before making the payment to the courier rider.
