15-Day Color Warranty: We provide a 15-day (half-month) color guarantee from the date of delivery. If your jewelry experiences any unnatural color fading or tarnishing within this period, you are eligible for a solution.
Resolution: In the rare event of a color issue, we will happily offer you a free product replacement or a full refund of the product amount.
